The team won the Patrick Division title (you've seen the banner at the VC), only to be bounced in the first round of the playoffs by the Flyers, so the video below (reminiscent of the great Flames vid that made the rounds not too long ago) may be only the second biggest embarrassment of that season. Enjoy.

anyone remember joe juneaus band back in the 90s? what was the song he wrote for the caps? any links?
Bump Carrie Milbank back to the top, the hell with hockey for now...
Rod Langway = that creepy dude at karaoke bars who gets a little too into it.
I believe Joey Juneau's band was "The OffWings" or something.
Liked the little Elvis lip curl by Dave Christian and Mike Ridley's Bon Jovi hair. But seeing Scott Steven's just pissed me off knowing that if Abe Pollin weren't so damn cheap, Scott could have been leading us to multiple Cups and not the Devils.
Good Lord. While you're at it why not post the video of the Rangers' Sassoon Jeans commercial.
Where's the "Ice Breakers, Goals Shakers" song?
I thought Kevin Hatcher's voice was a little more high pitched than that..
I also did not realize how great a saxophone player Dale Hunter is...
Give some love to Rod Langway and Mike Gartner sporting the 'staches.
Someone should send this to the players on the Swedish National team so they can all laugh at their coach.
I forgot how stacked this team was. But choking in the playoffs, just like any other Murray (Bryan or Terry) coached team. *sigh*
You figure that this one and the one that got swept by Boston (92? 93?) were the ones that should have at least made it to the Finals that year.
One word: MORTIFYING
According to http://www.myspace.com/joejuneau
Joe Jouneau's band was indeed "offwing." I was always more of a fan of Al Iafrate's "Wild Things," though.
I wonder if either has made it to youtube...
