They should use some of the recent history of DC as a model. Nothin' better than a corupt, crack head, whore lovin' mayor to get a city headed in the right direction.
Now, I don't live in Baltimore. But, you know....People in glass houses.....or whatever.
Baltimore stinks. The harbor stinks. I know this - I live here. If it wasn't for a handful of good people i've met over the past 2 years, I would say its the worst "big" city in the States.

obviously they are not aware of the disease and crime ridden nature of Baltimore.
i guess they want to match Baltimore's harbor?
