Hat tip to EMac for pointing us to one of the newest members of the blogosphere - Alex Ovechkin, who has taken to blogging in Russian (Google Translate, anyone?).

That blog makes no sense in Google Translated Russian. And wouldn't Teddy.com be bitter about this since it's not on AOL?

Does it fare any better with Babelfish?

Not really, I forgot to mention that I tried that and failed as well.

I don't think either has an Ovy->English function, much less a Russian Ovy -> English function.

My Russian is very rusty, but I can tell you that the title of the first (and only) entry is "Hi girls and boys!" And it starts of with something about how summer went fast, and stuff about the upcoming season. He's happy that people are interested and says he'll answer questions. What are the chances he'll ever update it again?
