Pretty sure that not all of Ovechkin's bonus money counts against Washington's cap. I think the bonus package for player's in their first three years is at least partially cap-free.
I don't know that that's right. See section 50.6(h) et. seq. of the CBA (not that it matters - my list isn't intended to reflect salary commitments for cap purposes and the Caps are miles aways from the upper limit anyway).
