- Did Nicklas Backstrom nearly die at sea? Probably not, but it still sounds as if he had a relatively harrowing experience.
- I'm not sure which is easier to read - "Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Olie Kolzig" or "former Capitals goalie Olie Kolzig." Either way, Olie's off doin' good for a change.
- Last week it was Steve Poapst, today it's Chris Hajt's turn on "Where Is That Crappy Former Caps Blueliner Now?"
