Uh Oh...

Per Tim Leone, "The Bears adjusted their schedule due to the McCain-Palin campaign stop slated for Tuesday at Giant Center."

Is this really such a good idea, considering the hockey-related devastation the GOP's Vice Presidential nominee has left in her wake recently (or did Blues rookie Ben Bishop help to break "The Curse" on Saturday night)? At least it's not a puck drop...

Can we please keep Simeon Varlamov and his tender parts far, far away from the rink while Caribou Barbie is in Hershey? K thx bye.

All things considered, I'm sure it wasn't the first time Marty Turco ever encountered a red carpet going to the ice that he had to step over. I think that one falls on him.

Eight more days and then it's safe to watch TV again. If I see another politician telling me how they're going to fix our schools, I think I'll poke my eyes out with a sharp stick. By the way, jp, is there a reason why I always have to enter the word verification twice? The old system was sooo much better.

kck - Awesome. I'm at loose ends on November 22nd and thinking of ambling up to Hershey to catch the Bears game that night. Only thing is, I'd have to do so by myself, unless I could find some folks to hook up with for the game. Who's going that night?

JP - on your DC Hockey link site, can you make each section a link so I can jump to a site's home page if I want to?

Y'know, HotDog, I actually can't (at least, I don't know how to). The best I can do is suggest you click on the most recent article in the list and then navigate to the home page from there. Sorry.

Haha good catch Tyler. Still had that Marty Turco stuck in my head.
