McPhee On The Fan, Green And Mo At The Zone

A few media hits to pass along - first off, George McPhee on Toronto's The FAN 590 from earlier today.

Second (and third), Mike Green and Shaone Morrisonn were up at ESPN Zone Baltimore on Wednesday, and WNST caught up with the duo for a couple of quick interviews:

Can't thank you enough for the radio clips you put up. It was funny listening to George talking about Jose trying not to take shots at Kolzig who Theodore is really replacing not Huet. He did sum it up best though "We just need NHL caliber goaltending to win". Translation: Ollie no longer gave us that.

Nice. I find myself watching Utah vs Oregon St just to hear Joe B's voice. I'm ready for some hockey!

What I find amazing is how funny, relaxed and open Mcphee was in that radio interview. Compare that to his interviews on the Thompson show where he really does sound like the "Undertaker". I guess when he knows he's talking to actual hockey people, he's more willing to open up. I got more information from that one clip than a year's worth of Thompson interviews.
