Is Helene St. James Making A Funny?

The Detroit Free Press's Helene St. James this morning referred to Bruce Boudreau as "the heavy favorite to win" the Jack Adams Trophy. I'm not sure if I agree with her odds-making (or word choice), but really just wanted a smooth segue to point you to the thoughts of another one of the Freep's hockey columnists and the war of the words he has started (and lost convincingly).

Bill Houlihan is right..."D" in Drew Sharp stands for "dumbass." Sharp tried to defend himself by writing, "Give me a counter argument instead of merely saying that I shouldn't write about hockey because I don't know what I'm talking about."

As someone who reads the Free Press more or less regularly, I'd be interested in knowing what sport Sharp covers that he DOES know what he's talking about.
