Having apparently not learned his lesson after his Badger abuse resulted in swift and stiff punitive action, Caps prospect Joe Finley is at it again, this time going after a Gopher (albeit half-heartedly to the point where one of the announcers remarked, "I would have thought he would have dropped gloves and done something more manly than tug on a jersey"). Have a look:Later this month, Finley's North Dakota Fighting Sioux will play host to the Bemidji State Beavers. Unavailable for comment himself, Bucky Beaver's spokesperson did confirm that he intends to have his teeth cleaned and sharpened before those games are played.
H/t to Tyler for pointing us to The Wizard of Odds

LOL. I like Finley more with every passing incident. Harvey the Hound watch out!
1) Note to the NCAA: Perhaps forgo the handshake after a near bench clearing brawl at the end of a game? Like pouring gas on a smoldering fire
2) So when can we have Finley give some lessons to Schultz on using your fists/big frame to your best advantage?
3) VERY funny post BTW!
Those referees are idiots. Any league I've ever played in, if a game ended like that, they sent the teams to the dressing rooms without the post-game handshakes.
Oh come on. More games should end in brawls. Especially if the Caps' prospects win the fights!!!
I honestly don't have a problem with it, as long as he didn't injure the first guy. He looks like old school hockey, and from what I've read he's a hell of a hockey player. He does that in the NHL, and it's not even a big deal.
Personally, i think more mascots deserve beat downs. i frickin' loathe those big headed bastards.
I like the heart, sticking up for teammates, etc... But I hope these aren't red flags for a Chris Simon type of guy who "snaps" and does profoundly stupid things to hurt his team.
