From the Caps:
"ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals Rookie Camp, which opens at Kettler Capitals Iceplex on Saturday, Sept. 8, will conclude with a game against rookies from the Philadelphia Flyers on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Virtua Center Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, N.J. The game is the first in an initial two-year agreement that will bring the contest to Kettler Capitals Iceplex in 2008.
"This year’s game will face off at 12:30 p.m. at the Flyers’ practice facility and is open to the public and free of charge.
"Approximately two dozen of the Capitals’ young players and prospects, primarily first-year professionals, will participate in the team’s Rookie Camp."

You know, this is a really neat idea. I wonder if any other teams in the league have any sort of agreement like this.
I agree, this is a very cool idea. I would definitely pay to watch this. It's really hard to know how good our rooks are when we never see them play anyone outside the organization. This is the chance.
