Warning: Don't Read On A Full Stomach

While it's only a rumor (and one made very unlikely, in my opinion, as a result of some strong recent play and trades), the Camden Courier-Post reports that the Flyers might be looking for a new head coach and a new general manager in the upcoming offseason with a couple of replacements already in mind.
Recently, rumors have swirled that the Flyers might be considering Dale and Mark Hunter as the club's next coach and general manager.
Dale Hunter a Flyer? (I died a little bit just typing that.) What's next - "Rod Langway to mentor Sidney Crosby"?

H/t to Stik Sav on the link.

How about we bring Dale here and send them Hanlon for free?

I agree with Smitty!

Pipe dream.

Dale would have to sell his ownership stake in the London Knights in order for that to happen.

The Caps have extended the offer in the past and it has been turned down, why would he take it from Philly?

When I was at the Ovechkin draft, we saw Dale Hunter and Craig Berube walking down the hall. They stopped to talk to us, and people asked the Chief what he was doing. He told us he was the assistant coach of the Phantoms, and Dale grinned and said, "Yeah, he's a traitor."

I hope that Dale doesn't go to the dark side. I don't want to burn my Hunter jersey.

Apparently these rumors are news to the Hunter boys.
