I'm officially obsessed - I was putting together a PowerPoint presentation this morning and decided to use Caps colors as the color scheme.
I need help.
1) Hmm, which caps are on the block? We'd say that Steve Emminger would have some trade value right now.
2) Had a tough start being pared with Clymer. benched the other night, but he's young and many GMs may look at him as a potential puck moving defensemen.
3) The question would be are the Caps ready to give up on him with the emergence of Green and Morrisson?
Moving Eminger would be a mistake, imo. Young defensemen take some time to develop and this team shouldn't be in any rush. Moreover, his trade value probably can't get much lower than it is right now, so why move him now?
He's listed at 6-2 on WashingtonCaps.com. Who knew they could pile it that high?
Just kidding, Steve. We kid because we love.
