Bondra NOT coming back is perhaps the best off season move the Caps have made!
When I saw that, I thought of the Regina Pats of the WHL, David Branch, commissioner of the OHL and president of the CHL, and wondered how he managed to piss off his second Western Canadian junior team this week.
