The NHL's Collective Bargaining Agreement

Late yesterday afternoon, James Mirtle posted a link to what purports to be the Collective Bargaining Agreement that the NHL and the NHLPA agreed to back in July.

If this document is, in fact, the CBA (or a near-final version of it), it is extremely interesting both for its substance (§16.2, for example, allows for expanding the playoffs to 20 teams at the League's discretion as early as next season) and for its availability to the public, as its contents have (up until now, at least) seemingly been one of the most guarded secrets in sports history.

Thanks to Spe for the tip.
