A few links have been sitting around, undeserving of their own posts (and even a mention for one of 'em), but in my never-ending effort to keep you well-informed, here they are, in descending order of importance:- Rookie and Training Camp opening dates are set.
- Did Nicklas Backstrom nearly die at sea? Probably not, but it still sounds as if he had a relatively harrowing experience.
- I'm not sure which is easier to read - "Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Olie Kolzig" or "former Capitals goalie Olie Kolzig." Either way, Olie's off doin' good for a change.
- Last week it was Steve Poapst, today it's Chris Hajt's turn on "Where Is That Crappy Former Caps Blueliner Now?"

ReplyDeleteIn my orginal post on Capsboards I stated "everything is ok with Nick and his friends".. During this thunderstorm a friend of Nick was caught at sea when they where out on jet-ski. Nick was NEVER in any danger and his friend was rescued.. But swedish news really blowed out the story out of proportion.. Nick is safe! GG
